Brian F. Wilson, R.Ph. is a registered pharmacist, and has more than 30 years of experience in diverse areas of the healthcare field, including retail and infusion pharmacy, nursing home, assisted living, home health, private duty, durable medical equipment, sleep diagnostics and hospice. He is the owner of Sooner Health Services, which provides home health services in the metro area and counties throughout Oklahoma. Brian also owns TenderCare Home Health, which serves Oklahomans in the Southeast quadrant of the state.
In addition, Brian established the first physician-led Accountable Care Organization based in Oklahoma… Access Care Oklahoma. This is helping independent physicians successfully meet the new requirements brought on with all the changes happening in healthcare.
Kandy Milette, RN is a registered nurse with more than 28 years of healthcare experience. Her positions have ranged from CNA in the nursing home to Home Health Surveyor for the State of Oklahoma. She has a passion for the elderly, coordination of care, medication reconciliation and wellness.
