Available for one-on-one or group training, call Paulette’s Personal Training LLC – Paulette is Ace Certified Personal Trainer / AFAA Certified Group Instructor / PiYo Live Certified Instructor.

Paulette is 56 years old and a group instructor for 36 years.

Paulette travels to the client’s site whether it’s their neighborhood clubhouse, gym, or home. She is a YMCA group instructor for YMCA member clients.

Our mission is to provide food for these pets while helping keep food on the table for their owners. Oklahoma County TRIAD – S.A.L.T.(Seniors and Law Enforcement Together) Council Meetings


The TRIAD Program is a free program dedicated to keeping older adults safe. The goal is to educate senior citizens on crimes directed at their age group and how to prevent becoming a victim. Open to the public, these are informative meetings, please attend one to see!
