Healthy Senior Day is a free community event designed to provide Active Aging Adults 50+ the educational and physical opportunities that can help them live with greater health and happiness. At the YMCA we believe in building overall healthy lifestyles in spirit, mind, and body.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 9TH 
Join us at Mitch Park!  We will begin with a short community walk around the Mitch Park Trails at 9:00 am. Community agency booths open at 9:30 am and class demonstrations will start at 9:30 am and run until 2:00 pm.
Please register at the Membership desk at either Edmond YMCAs.
