September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, an annual reminder that preventive care saves lives. After skin cancer, prostate cancer is the most common cancer in American men, according to the American Cancer Society Although men of any age can be affected, the CDC reports incidents sharply increase starting after age 50.

We’ll talk today about what you can do to stay ahead of prostate cancer and, in the event you should be diagnosed, what the latest life-saving treatments are available.
