John Wilson is the Co-Owner of Redhaven Care Homes, a shared housing provider along with home care services for senior. JOHN is also the Executive Director of Village At Oakwood Assisted Living, Oklahoma’s first 100% Medicaid and low in-come housing Assisted Living.
John Wilson has more than 13 years of healthcare leadership experience in the senior care and senior housing industry, from Long-Term, Skilled Nursing, and Assisted Living Care, to Senior Housing and Senior Shared Housing.
In 2016 John began developing and establishing Redhaven Care Homes. Redhaven Care Homes is unique in that it helps seniors navigate the complexities of aging, increased financial burdens, housing, companionship, all in a home that allow seniors to remain independent by matching them with Shared Housing Providers and Licensed Home Care/companion Providers whom specialize in the needs of seniors. Charlotte Carey is the Oklahoma Home Care Administrator for SYNERGY Home Care. Charlotte brings all of the skills, talents, leadership and passion necessary to operate a successful business. A consummate professional, we are thrilled she is the administrator for SYNERGY HomeCare. She has strong skills in communication, contract interpretation and administration, quality control and employee training. She is an organizer, is meticulous in detail and is a wonderful encourager to others. Both clients and her fellow employees agree, she is a blessing to have on our SYNERGY team.
