Jeromy Buchanan is the Director of Community Living, Aging and Protective Services (CAP) for Oklahoma Human Services. In this capacity Buchanan manages an array of programs and services designed to increase options for older adults to live safely and independently in the community. Jeromy is spearheading efforts to bring public, private, and non-profit organizations together to create a plan to Age Our Way in Oklahoma.
With over 15 years of program management and leadership experience in the nonprofit and public sectors, Joncia Johnson is currently the Program Manager at Oklahoma Human Services for Aging Our Way, Oklahoma’s Multisector Plan on Aging. She works with various state agency teams, community partners, and stakeholders to deliver programs and services that meet the needs of older adults.
