Larry Hughes, President & Founder – Larry began his career after college with a National Office Equipment company rising to Branch Sales Manager. Then he and Beckie started a Practice Management business working with professionals in the Healing Arts and building that business over seven years and then successfully selling it In 1982. At that time Business Brokerage was an infant industry but after Larry’s experience selling his own business he realized there were many business owners just like him who needed help in selling their business. In March of 1982 he and Beckie Founded The Hughes Group and over the next 38 years have sold nearly 700 businesses and they have developed an expertise and a dedicated process to successfully sell your business and ensure you get the best value when you are ready to sell

Beckie Hughes, Principal – After graduating with a Business Degree from Baylor University Beckie accepted a position with the Comptroller of the Currency and moved to OKC as a Bank Examiner of National Banks. She and Larry have worked side by side in each of their businesses and Beckie’s expertise is Valuing and Appraising Businesses and is a Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers. Beckie’s main focus is working with the firms larger clients who may be prospects for Private Equity groups, family Offices, and synergistic buyers who want to grow through acquisitions. RR
