Talena Ford is the Caregiver Fundamentals Program Manager Sunbeam Family Services. Currently, she facilitates seven Grandparent Support Groups and ten Caregiver Support Groups in four counties. Ms. Ford has more than 16 years of experience working with self-sufficiency programs. She received her Master’s degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. Patrick O’Kane is the Director of Senior Services; the three core senior programs are: Emergency Senior Shelter, Senior Companion Program, and Caregiver Fundamentals Program. Mr. O’Kane has been in nonprofit senior services leadership for nearly 20 years. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, his focus is in change management and leadership development.
