Sarah Rahhal is the CEO of Sunbeam Family Services. Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker; achieved the infant mental health endorsement; is a Trauma Informed Care trainer; and a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, certified therapist. Sarah was a Journal Record’s 2020 Fifty Making a Difference honoree, 2020 winner of the Povl Toussieng Memorial Leadership in Infant Mental Health Award, is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma Class 30.
