OK TEENS FOR LIFE 3RD ANNUAL SPAGHETTI DINNER

What: OK Teens for Life 3rd Annual Spaghetti Dinner. Guests will enjoy a tasty spaghetti dinner and blue grass entertainment by Kim Singleton. There will also be a silent auction and bake sale. Carryout meals will be available.

Who: OK Teens for Life is a group of teens looking to make a difference in our community by fighting for the lives of those who cannot fight for themselves.

When: Thursday, June 27th 5:30pm–7:30pm.

Tickets: Tickets are $10 per person or $35 per family in advance or $15 per person or $45 per family at the door. Tickets can be purchased from OK Teens for Life by using the contact information listed below.

Proceeds: Proceeds from the Spaghetti Dinner will support Gateway Express Testing. Gateway is a Pregnancy Resource Center located in Yukon, OK who, with the help of OK Teens for Life and other supporters, recently raised enough funds to purchase a Save the Storks Mobile Ultrasound Van. This mobile ultrasound van or Stork Bus, as they are commonly known, will help Gateway extend their outreach to promote the choice for life throughout central Oklahoma. The bus will travel to various locations in and around Yukon and central Oklahoma to help women in a crisis pregnancy situation choose life and get the support they need. Once a woman enters a stork bus she is greeted with love and given the opportunity to hear her baby’s heartbeat in surround sound and see an ultrasound of her precious child on a flat screen TV. The trained staff and volunteers on the bus share with her how much she and her child are loved by God and show her how it is possible to choose life by introducing her to the resources available to help her through pregnancy and beyond. Stork buses have proved to be very effective as 4 out of 5 women who board a stork bus and have an ultrasound choose life!
