Kathleen Fitzgerald has been the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Senior Games now for 9 years. The games have grown 4 fold under her tenure. She has changed careers many times before arriving at senior games. She has worn hats as a teacher and coach, restauranter, game machine operator, data analyst and caregiver.
Mike Getto is a retired employee of AT&T Public Relations, where he managed the Television Production facility. Following his retirement, Michael opened Michael Getto Productions in the Bricktown Are of Oklahoma City. His clients included the United State Government, The State of Oklahoma, Broadcast Networks, Local Television Stations, Corporations, Advertising Agencies, and Non-Profit Organizagtions. Mr. Getto is currently Director of Public and Media Relations for the Oklahoma Senior Games.

Do you know who Robert Kalsu is??? … He is an award winning Del City, Oklahoma athlete (football & baseball, OU football award-winning athlete and served through the ROTC from OU … Robert (Bob) Kalsu played one year with the Buffalo Bills before he was drafted into the Vietnam War.
Robert was drafted in the Vietnam War and commanded no special treatment!
Left in studio is: Gina Standridge, on the committee for the James Robert Kalsu Legacy Project as well is in the center is Gray Banz and retired veteran.
There is an unveiling of his statue – March, 29th at 1:00pm at the Del City stadium along with a premiere documentary in the Dell city auditorium, on Robert KALSU called “Uncommon Character”

There are two events that day, the pinning of veterans at 10 AM- noon at the Oklahoma History Center Museum at 800 Nazih Zuhdi Drive, Oklahoma City, and then starting at 1 PM (same day) is the unveiling of the statue at Del City High School of James Robert Kalsu. Gina Standridge, a member of the Midwest City-Del City Schools school board, is a founding member of the Kalsu Legacy Project to add a statue of Robert Kalsu to the school’s footbal field. Standridge is a retired educator and lifelong Del City resident. She taught for 32 years, primarily as a special education teacher at Del City High School.
Gary W. Banz spent 28 years in public education before beginning a political career. He has served 12 years in the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He held several leadership positions including majority whip and chair of the Military and Veterans Affairs, House Rules, and House Ethics Committees. He wrote and produced the documentary, “Uncommon Character—the Legacy of James Rober Kaslu.”
