Yes, and… The motto of improvisational comedy. A basic tenet of improv is to make your partner look good. The same holds true for making sure your loved one is listened to, respected and celebrated in their efforts to engage in life, whatever their current perspective. Join the Alzheimer’s Association, in partnership with OKC Improv, for this workshop to help caregivers let go of the need to control (or even know what happens next) in order to discover the gifts in every experience. Learn to utilize basic improv skills to surrender to the reality of the moment and find a way to embrace the joy of our relationships!
