TRY PiYo! 

PiYo is inspired by Pilates and Yoga (hence the name PiYo) it focuses on cardio, flexibility, strength, and balance all from a mat with no equipment! PiYo is vital to age gracefully and active daily living. Paulette is on a mission to enlighten active seniors!

Available for one-on-one or group training, call Paulette’s Personal Training LLC – Paulette is Ace Certified Personal Trainer / AFAA Certified Group Instructor / PiYo Live Certified Instructor.

Paulette is 56 years old and a group instructor for 36 years.

Paulette travels to the client’s site whether it’s their neighborhood clubhouse, gym, or home. She is a YMCA group instructor for YMCA member clients.

The Pet Food Pantry of Oklahoma City provides low-income senior citizens, veterans & the homeless with supplemental pet food.

Our mission is to provide food for these pets while helping keep food on the table for their owners. We are dedicated to reducing hunger in pets and the people who love them by providing pet food and pet services to low-income pet owners. The TRIAD Program is a free program dedicated to keeping older adults safe. The goal is to educate senior citizens on crimes directed at their age group and how to prevent becoming a victim. Open to the public, these are informative meetings, please attend one to see!
