Wellllllllllllllllllll it is OFFICIAL the publisher, editor, on air host, second half expo co-founder & columnists for the Oklahoman…(that would ne yours truly) is going to be a part of the Oklahoma Senior Games this year! Hand on the Holy Book… IT IS TRUE!!!

Karen McAllister ~ Karen is a retired Executive Assistant that works part-time for her church and volunteers for HOPE IS ALIVE, a sober living community, and LIFETIME FITNESS CENTER. She has 3 adult children and has been married to her PICKLEBALL mixed doubles partner Danny, for 30 years.She is going to talk about WATER WALKING and PICKLEBALL.
