COME LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD! If You are a Senior or an Adult Child of a Senior or You Serve a Senior then You need to Register for the Virtual “Better Together” Senior Day!
Rebekah Williams is the Oklahoma State Ombudsman Supervisor, 2016 to Present. She serves as: Advocate for residents in long-term care, assisted living, and residential care facilities. Works alongside law makers, state and federal, to assure laws being made are in a positive nature toward residents in the previously mentioned facilities and to pass laws to make sure residents are being treated with dignity and respect to prevent neglect, abuse, and exploitation. Works with State and Federal Agencies on behalf of residents to make sure they have a better quality of life. Works as a consultant to legislators on bills affecting the lives of senior citizens and residents in long-term care facilities. Hold trainings for volunteer ombudsmen in care facilities.
