MaryAnn Briscoe is currently working as a MIPPA Coordinator with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services covering the northeastern part of Oklahoma. MaryAnn received a Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. Ms. Briscoe has 38 years with OKDHS service in various departments; most of the years were with Child Welfare Services. Marilyn Conley is the Medicare Improvement for Patients and Providers Act (MIPPA) Coordinator for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, covering the state’s southeastern quadrant.
