Marilyn ConleyĀ is the Medicare Improvement for Patients and Providers Act (MIPPA) Coordinator for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, covering the stateās southeastern quadrant. Lex HeatriceĀ is the ARDC COVID-19 Vaccine Access Grant Outreach Coordinator for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. Mr. Heatrice has served on many organizationsā boards and has received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma.
