Rebekah Williams is the Oklahoma State Ombudsman Supervisor, 2016 to Present.  She serves as: Advocate for residents in long-term care, assisted living, and residential care facilities. Works alongside law makers, state and federal, to assure laws being made are in a positive nature toward residents in the previously mentioned facilities and to pass laws to make sure residents are being treated with dignity and respect to prevent neglect, abuse, and exploitation. Works with State and Federal Agencies on behalf of residents to make sure they have a better quality of life. Works as a consultant to legislators on bills affecting the lives of senior citizens and residents in long-term care facilities. Hold trainings for volunteer ombudsmen in care facilities.

JoLynn has been a student of movement from a very young age.  She majored in dance at UNLV graduating with a B.A., which is also when she discovered yoga and fell in love with the practice.  After the unexpected death of her little sister in 2005, she used yoga as her pathway to heal from the trauma of the loss, which was so powerful that it inspired her to get her 200- hour yoga certification.  In 2008, she moved to Los Angeles where she built her teaching business, got married to the love of her life, and started her journey of motherhood.  For the last 20 years, JoLynn has dedicated her life to the practice of yoga, to healing herself, and to helping facilitate healing in others.

Karen Proctor has been at Village on the Park for 9 years.  7 years in Business Development and 2 years as the Executive Director.  She sees this job as a ministry and considers each resident a member of her family.  Karen feels blessed to be part of such a great team and surrounded by loved ones each day.


  Jennifer Atchley has been with Village on the Park for almost 11 years.  For 10 years, she was the Life Enrichment Director and is now serving as Director of Business Development and Move- In Coordinator.  It is Jennifer’s passion to educate the community about how senior living can improve quality of life and bring a balance back to an aging person’s mind, body, and soul!


Beverly Gatton is a young 96 year old Glorious Happy Resident at Village on the Park, since 2017 and Beverly lets us know “On Air” this Saturday that when her husband went to his finial home to be with Jesus that she was surrounded by the beautiful family she had made at “Villages on the Park” came along side of her to support and love her during her lose and it comforted her so very much!

What are “Infrared Video Goggles”? They are used for video monitoring and recording of patient eye movements in order to more accurately diagnose and treat dizziness and balance disorders.

Jason Manning completed the physical therapy program at Texas Woman’s University in 2004. He has practiced in Orthopedics for 17 years, and has a strong background in spinal and orthopedic dysfunctions.



Derek Lehman completed the physical therapy program at OUHSC in 2013. He has completed additional training in Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehab, and completed a Fellowship training in Manual Therapy in 2018. He also has a strong background in spinal and orthopedic dysfunctions. He speaks Spanish, and lived in Honduras with his wife for about one year prior to becoming a physical therapist.
