Michael C. Patterson is a scholar, educator and speaker who develops programs to promote successful aging, brain health, creativity and quality-of-life. Michael ran the award-winning Staying Sharp program at AARP and is founder and CEO of MINDRAMP Consulting. Michael is a certified brain health coach. He produces and hosts the MINDRAMP Podcast that provides practical advice on how to achieve Qualongevity.
Roger Anunsen is an award-winning educator, keynote speaker, cognitive intervention designer, program consultant and brain health coach based in Oregon. Roger is the president of MINDRAMP and introduced the MINDRAMP Method© at the University of Oxford. Anne Peters serves as the marketing and communications manager for Sunbeam Family Services in Oklahoma City. Originally from Enid in northwest Oklahoma, she graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. She previously worked for six years as the director of public relations for the Oklahoma Arts Institute at Quartz Mountain. She enjoys helping organizations find the best ways to communicate about their meaningful work.
Talena Ford is the Caregiver Fundamentals Program Manager with Sunbeam Family Services. Grandparents Raising Grandchildren, Caregiver Fundamentals and Respite Care are three of the programs she manages. Ms. Ford has more than 18 years of experience working with self-sufficiency programs. She received her Master’s degree in Administrative Leadership from The University of Oklahoma. Cynthia Barnes manages The Longest Day, a fundraising program with Alzheimer’s Association. With a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts and a Masters in Business Administration, she began in nonprofit work at the Cowboy Hall of Fame. She lost both grandfathers to vascular dementia and is passionate about working to find a cure and provide assistance and community for family and caregivers.
Morgan Fitzgerald is the Volunteer Manager for the Alzheimer’s Association- Oklahoma Chapter. She received her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Public Health at the University of Oklahoma. Through her time working at a retirement community she saw how the disease affected many loved ones and their families. Working for the Alzheimer’s Association allows her to fight back against this disease.

Patty Rhodes, a VillagesOKC member since June 2019, has been a volunteer in the VilkagesOKC office two days a week. She is responsible for handling the day to day accounting/bookkeeping functions for VillagesOKC. Patty says, “After the death of my husband, I’ve found a new purpose by using the skills and knowledge from her professional career to help VillagesOKC grow.”
Bill Johnson is a retired CPA. A VillagesOKC member since January 2019 Bill says, “I came to VillagesOKC wanting to help others, but instead found I’ve received much more.” Bill’s years as a Chief Financial Officer followed by 10 years at H & R Block, he has been able to use that knowledge to provide wise leadership to the VillagesOKC financial strategy.
Marilyn Olson is Executive Director of VillagesOKC, a virtual community of mature adults helping each other to live in the homes of their choosing. The organization serves member/volunteers by connecting trusted members with organizations and trusted businesses.
