Coady is coined with developing the strategy and platform for local, regional and national businesses to better grow and understand the booming senior living industry. Coady is maybe best known for his 7 1/2 year professional soccer career, Right here with The Oklahoma “Energy” Team and Coady intends to bring the same kind of “Energy” to the Senior Industry.

Carl Griffin M.D is a board certified Family Practice Physician and clinical research Principal Investigator with the Lynn Health Science Institute in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma Christian College, was awarded his Doctor of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the University of Oklahoma – College of Medicine.
Carlos Blanco is the Chief Operating Officer for the Lynn Health Science Institute a premier clinical trial research company in Oklahoma City. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Mr. Blanco provides oversight of the company’s seven sites including Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Norman and Stillwater, Oklahoma; Little Rock, Arkansas; and Colorado Springs and Denver Colorado.
Dr. William Schnitz is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology and is a Principal Investigator with the Lynn Health Science Institute in Oklahoma City. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine where he also completed his residency and fellowship.

Erin Engelke is the Executive Director of Calm Waters. She joined the organization almost a year ago after serving in leadership roles with Sunbeam Family Services, Feed the Children and World Neighbors. She has traveled extensively around the world, including Guatemala, Albania and Peru and has a heart for seeing children and families thrive no matter where they live.
Emily Tate is the Director of Development and Communications for Calm Waters, recently joining the organization from the corporate community. Emily oversees the fundraising efforts for Calm Waters as well as raising awareness of the programs across the community.
