We will start by talking about what a community hospital is and how it’s different from the big hospitals most of us are used to. I can tell you it’s all about patient care and they really have structured plans in place that they are using today!
Chris McAuliffe, BSN, MBA- Integris Health Community Hospital Market CEO : Chris started his healthcare career in 1993 at Integris Health. He later completed his MBA and was the VP of Patient Care Services and CNO at Deaconess Hospital. He received the Integris Health Nurse of the Year in 2015 and lead the team to receiving the Compassion Award for Outstanding Leadership within the Emerus System in 2024.
Audrey Goins, RN – Hospital Administrator : Audrey started her nursing career in 2003 and joined Integris Community Hospital in 2019.Audrey has been a Daisy award winner and is part of the leadership team honored with the Compassion Award for Outstanding Leadership award in 2024 but is most proud of her team and the difference they make daily with the patients in OKC.
