ALZHEIMER’S HOEDOWN-Alzheimer’s Association fund raiser event
Thursday, 09/13/2018 starting at 5:00 p.M. Until 7:30p.M.
Minimum donation to enter the event will be $10 per person. When the donation is given, each person will receive a wrist band which will entitle them to a meal as well.
Please join us for an uplifting event featuring local performers who are donating their time to help us raise money for the alzheimer’s association walk to end alzheimer’s. This event is being hosted by Fountains at Canterbury and sponsored by SYNERGY HomeCare, AllianceHealth Midwest, Interim Home Health and Hospice and Oklahoma Hospice Care.
There will be a silent auction area set up, so come on out and help us raise money to end alzheimer’s disease.
The Alzheimer’s Association will be present to answer questions.
